Most men need to be inspired before they will act. And perhaps the majority of those cases-outward inspiration is required or is the case.

As a young boy I watched tons and tons of movies -some, by watching, become brilliant actors. Just like the boy who hangs around his father’s law office who grows up to be a brilliant lawyer. From watching television, concepts took root and bore fruit in me. Back to my father and mother; I learned all I needed to about addiction first ✋! I might not have hung around the rooms (of AA) were it not for their invaluable sacrifice! I got to see the true face of addiction (stone-cold-sober -not high like so many) -thanks to them!

Some people are optimistic

Some people are pessimistic

now the one’s who lean towards optimism -tend to have less to work with than they think; whereas to pessimist tends to have more

3 things much sponsor told me in Alcoholic’s Anonymous:

1. Forgive yourself;

2. Don’t have expectations of others;

3. Look for what you can contribute to life not what you can take away from it.

These 3 I believe are the keys to success in all relationships. Call relationships.

As of this very moment we are @ 1021 posts in 🤔 56 days*. This morning we were @ 993. Assuming a multiple of two separate posts in 1 (since I added others as they came to me of 2, 3, 4, 5… in certain instances)… we can say there are atleast 2000 posts pertaining to various subjects.

2,000 DOWN 48,000 TO GO!

*At this rate we’ll reach our target in a total time of approximately 48 months -with 2 months down and 46 to go. YEEHAW!!!!

Always keep your head down and your chin up!

Strength and meekness are the key to avoiding trouble. Unless of course you also choose to go around evangelizing God’s Word -😇

Just to give you some idea 💡 There are things in this universe we truly should be fearful of… mighty, dreadful, beyond human comprehension -and they are but a grain of sand on God’s fingertip; a speck of dust in God’s 👁

There are many people in the world who mistake kindness for weakness; in others; in themselves. Given their attitude or perspective, kindness is one thing that will never see the light of day radiating outwardly from them.

“Let’s do it Lord -let’s give the people of this 🌎 something they can really hang their 👒’s on”*

DON’T MESS WITH GOD

**God will be no party to any wrongdoing, anything harmful of hurtful to us, to our spirits***🙏

***I once thought God was party to something I was doing that was very wrong -for whatever strange or twisted reason -I had this feeling several times over a span of some weeks. I ended paying a heavy price suffering significant loss (of that which I thought was a sign from God my conduct wasin some way warranted, perhaps a reward even 🤦‍♂️

We never want to defeat ourselves -life can, and will at times do that for us! Now there is a difference between admitting defeat and defeating ourselves in ourselves though there may be a bit of Gray area in there somewhere.

When a person suffers a severe set back, or series of setbacks, it is good to start getting into some things that you know you you can be successful at.

Losing all the time is not a good thing -winning all the time is probably even worse.

A person needs to know when to win and win to lose in order to come out ahead in the end. Life demands a certain amount of loss, where and when it happens however -determines the final outcome, the final tally.
