George, and Granvilke, interestingly enough, Were the same age as my father who was absent ALL OF MY LIFE -GOD ALWAYS GIVES US WHAT WE NEED.

WHEN WE THINK WE KNOW. WHAT WE NEED (AND DON’T GET IT); WE’RE DISAPPOINTED IN GOD). WHEN GOD GIVES US WHAT WE NEED (TRULY); WE OFTEN MISS THAT “LOVE AND GRACIOUSNESS” GOD HAS SHOWN US (WE have no clue WE needed that -“pearls before swine” -we have no clue GOD in His infinite love…)! I heard the other day that “God is so extraordinary in His love for us that, WE OFTEN FAIL TO RECOGNIZE HIS “ACTS OF LOVE”, BECAUSE IN OUR STATE OF UNWORTHINESS (IN A WORLD WHICH OFTEN FAILS TO RECOGNIZE EVEN WHEN IT IS WARRANTED), WE SIMPLY FAIL TO MAKE THE CONNECTION -THAT IT IS GOD, IN HIS INFINITE LOVE, ACTING IN OUR LIVES BOTH “IN SPITE OF AND BECAUSE OF”! GOD IS WHO HE IS -HE DOESN’T CHANGE WITH THE TIMES -HE DOESN’T CHANGE WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCE -HE DOESN’T CHANGE WITH THE PERSONALITY (OR SOUL) BEFORE HIM. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN (ATTEMPTING) LOVING OTHERS -AND BEING LOVE!

THE PURER THE MESSAGE -THE GREATER THE UPHEAVAL!

MAN IS ALWAYS LOOKING TO MAKE, LEAVE HIS OR HER MARK (CHANGE) -AND IF IT AIN’T BROKE, FIXIT ANYWAYS, SO I CAN LEAVE “MY MARK” ANYWAYS.

Granville, as my AA Sponsor told me some 29+ years ago, are these 3 things:

1,FORGIVE YOURSELF;

2.DON’T HAVE EXPECTATIONS OF OTHERS;

3.LOOK FOR WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO LIFE; NOT WHAT YOU CAN TAKE AWAY FROM IT!

In Alcoholics Anonymous they recommend you don’t make any major decisions for the 1st year. Where relationships are concerned, I could have (should’a…) waited 15 or more years to get into my 1st relationship.

LOVE-TO ME 🤔 A SURE SIGN OF LOVE FOR ANOTHER IS PLACING THEIR NEEDS AHEAD OF YOURS; EVEN A WILLINGNESS TO GIVE YOUR LIFE FOR THEIRS -JESUS WAS WILLING! When we reach this place, where we are willing to give our life for another, any other, we have reached “PERFECTION”.

Would you be willing to take a life to save a life? 10 lives to save a “life” (Erica spoke 7 am’r), 100 lives to save a life… 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

I joined the military because I figured they’d make a man out of me -teach me the things my father didn’t. They say peacetime is very different from wartime. As it turns out, I was very disappointed. I at last did them actually. A lot of backstabbing going on. And a lot of people didn’t handle power very well. It was as if I never left boot camp at times. People messing with your head not because it was part of the job -but because they were human. I think I would have been better off in the special forces or the Rangers were they set aside all of the head games it games and truly try to work as a unit.

I remember in AIT when the sergeant came wearing that red beret looking to recruit for the 82nd Airborne. I fell in love with that maroon beret instantly. Then after 3 weeks and I realized I was gonna have to jump out of a perfectly good aeroplane lol 😏 Well it did take some of the boredom out of it anyways. Plus, an extra 83 bucks a month. It’s time went on however, seeing people getting hurt… Have you came more fearful rather than less -of jumping.

My dad told me a couple of things to prepare me:

1. An army base is like a little city under itself.

2. In boot camp they’re gonna mess with your head, but don’t let it get to you -it’s just the job, trying to toughen you up -and see what you can take. It didn’t go over so well with me -some of these people seemed like genuine jerks! 😏

There’s healthy pain and unhealthy pain. You push too little you don’t grow. You push too hard you get injured. 🤷‍♂️

I heard someone say on television the other day that Christianity stands or falls on the truth behind the resurrection resurrection! So I ask you this, if Jesus did not rise from the dead, then the Gospels are nothing more than words that can be found can be found any place, spoken on the lips of any man? The strength of Christianity cannot and should not rise or fall on Jesus resurrection! Jesus himself stated, if you cannot believe in me believe in my works, the works of the father who is in me! The specialness and the strength of Christianity lies in the word of God, And the need for Jesus to give up his life life that our sins might be forgiven (the necessity of the proof of Jesus doing so is a matter for each individual to reconcile within themselves), everything else can fall by the wayside! THOSE WORDS, IN THAT BOOK -ARE IRREFUTABLY FROM GOD -FROM THE ALMIGHTY HIMSELF! 🙏😇

🤔What do the Jews do that is differently from say Americans that their children are so career, success-oriented?

I think Jews are like blacks, a small percentage make alot of money, whereas most… make a regular to below-average income just like the rest of us. There are alot of Jews, and Blacks, and Whites, Asians…. suffering in poverty!

What’s real and what’s fake now on TV? And in other aspects of life these days?

I have observed that most daughters tend to be more attractive than their mothers -but in certain instances, the mothers are more attractive than the daughter’s. 👩‍👧

Every human being is a masterpiece, a work of art -by God! 🙏

How many commercials are you gonna slip in between the entertainment? How much thinner are you going to make the hamburger patties at McDonald’s? There’s got to be a ceiling here. Or I’m outta here!

What’s up with the music these days -did they run out of guitar chords?

In every new relationship there’s usually one person that breaks;

In every relationship there’s usually a leader and a follower;

In every relationship, sooner or later someone becomes jealous or insecure;

In every relationship there’s usually someone who gets angry for the 1st time.

In other words, in every new relationship there’s always somebody who flinches 1st.

Whatever experiences in life we avoid, we also avoid the lessons that come out of them thus preventing us from passing them on to others who can use them both both beforehand, during,, and after the fact.

God says we have to be considered of others and help them, He doesn’t say we have to marry them lol

The best way to get through life if you’re having issues with people is just to let them do what they’re gonna do -and step around them. DON’T CONTRIBUTE (EXHAUST, EXPEND) ANY ENERGY TOWARDS TO PROBLEM -DON’T GUT WRAPPED UP…!!!!

Everyone has flaws-but in the final tally between what we have going forward and against us as human beings within ourselves- If we come out in the red there’s something seriously wrong after having a whole lifetime to correct that!

Sometimes we break people -Sometimes people break us – And it never quite seems to go back the way it was. I was listening to the song “I’m Sorry” by John Denver when this came to mind 🤔

Not everyone manages to make it to the end of God’s plan where years in the making have (finally) taken their toll! 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

A lot of things have changed in the last couple of months preceded by at least 4 and a 1/2 yeais 4 and a 1/2 years of preparation precipitation preceded by a couple of decades of turbulence Things probably started to go South after my father died in 1996. Anyways, when we:

1. Stop running, stop hiding (from God);

2. Make room for God;

When he begins to enter into us we may experience experience some emotions which are foreign to us, or long forgotten 🤔. In the last 2 or 3 weeks I have cried more than in the past 10 years. Cried over things that are -cried over things things that are not -cried over things that will never be. Anyways the above, is what just dawned on me. 😪😊

Do you use the same manners at home that you do out in public? Or even when you are alone with God?

How many things do we miss that God does for us on a day-to-day basis? A couple of weeks ago I was wanting to see the movie risen with Josephine’s, I looked forward on YouTube and Tubi and it was not there. Today I go to Aaron’s to exchange a couple of movies and I find it there amidst boxes and boxes just brought in yesterday. From there I had to go to the bookstore and exchange a movie which was cracked-I had some issues with a couple of the girls over there lately and this monthis morning I went in and dealt with Justus, he was the only one there besides Mike and another young lady that’s always very nice – in and out. It didn’t dawn on me till just a few minutes ago 🤔 -that that God made that so easy for me. THANK YOU LORD 🙏

How about puppy-dogs who remain puppy-dogs thru DNA manipulation? Humans next? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

We all do without things in life-it keeps us humble

There comes a point in one’s life I suppose, where one begins it begins to since their own mortality – At 57 years, 8 months, 5 days I think I’m there. I’m only a couple of months away from the age my father died.

A person can sense when their esteem is low -or dropping, and hence, a person should be able to sense when their esteem is high -or rising. For the past 3 or 4 years I’ve sensed my esteem dropping based upon the feelings, experiences, and reactions to things and people around me. Today for the 1st time in a long time, I sensed my esteem is a bit higher than it has been – When you have an issue with people and you want to tear them down that means your own esteem is low. Today and the 7:00 a.m. meeting, with regard to a couple of people I’ve been having trouble with, I paid them a great compliment…

For a person to want to go out alone in life, things must be pretty bad out there in the world -for most people to go it alone cries out against every natural instinct. Life is hard enough when we have people supporting us -to choose to go it alone, things must be really tough all over.

NOT FOR LOVE OR FOR MONEY

When the 🌎 is full of love -money and things become of less importance. When the 🌎 is largely lacking in love – Money and things become of increasing, infinite importance. The stock-value of one is inverse to the stock-value of the other.

Given my inability to mesh with the rest of the world thus far-and given these writings brightens thus far-I’ve been wondering if I’m even human lol
