Between today and tomorrow the changes seem miniscule. But if you could fast-forward a year or five… you would probably be shocked.

What problem did alcohol ever solve?

Alcohol wasn’t my solution. Some people however believe it is. Which would explain years of drinking long after it has become problematic!

Criteria for choosing a Sponsor in AA:

•Someone who says what you need to hear

•Domeone who says what you don’t want to hear

It’s amazing to me that Alcoholics don’t know what’s wrong with them. With some introspection… But the last thing an alcoholic wants to do is look at themselves.
