I noticed that thrusting my legs forward is where most of my it’s where most of my oxygen requirement lies when running – Is there a more efficient way to run?

Slander – Whenever somebody challenges the system the 1st thing the system does is try to assassinate their character; whenever somebody challenges the system the 1st thing the system does is try to assassinate their character, sweep the legs out from under their credibility -a tactical, if not childish ploy! 🤷‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏾‍♂️ But what else are they going to do*? Anyways, there is a lot of kicking up of dust of dust in every aspect of human endeavor around the globe. I fully expect at some point to receive some back lash. And, I have certainly got a few things in my background my background people will be more than willing to exploit to discredit these writings. I say:

1) Discredit me all you want, not the writings for they stand on their own merits;

2) Historically, GOD uses flawed people to do HIS works and carry HIS message -so I ask you to think twice about that before throwing the baby out with a bathwater! ME BEING THE BATHWATER OF COURSE!

*It’s appalling watching politicians use this tactic! What’s worse is how the American public buys into it -for if it had no merit, no apparent effectiveness on [in the eyes of] the public, people wouldn’t use it. The tricks people employ to affect the public… If the public would only stop falling for it -there would be no more trick to it**!

**News Flash, no single human being is going to bail us out of this mess -So stop waiting for one to come along dammit! Because sooner or later you’re not going to like who does! A public waiting on somebody else to solve our problems is setting themselves up for the Anti-Christ to step in at the most opportune moment. If we were to rely on God -and took matters into our own hands that would shut down the Anti-Christ for sure
