The time is Sunday, 10:26 AM 01/16/22 Melbourne time. I think it is plausible given the negatives regarding the Djokovic outcome either way, given the bogus argument the government has chosen for the second Visa cancelation; I’m thinking the government wants:

1) Djokovic to keep the Visa, and play;

2) To appear as if they have done their very best to be fair to all people coming into Australia, to protecting the welfare of the Australian public. WIN/WIN??*
