It’s a wonderful thing to see people who most of their lives have been unhappy -happy! 😊😁😄
We got 2 choices calm we can sit around and blame others or we can do something about it ourselves. It always comes down to how we feel about something. How other people make us feel. And what we’re gonna do about it? If we can’t handle the way people make us feel then we’re gonna have to do something about it. People, life always affects us. Most people just block it out rather than deal with it. And the ones that are unable to block out the day-to-day grind of life find it overwhelming. Very few people actually deal with reality straight up. And those who haven’t figured out how to block it out or deflect it don’t generally deal with it well. So, 1) facing life and 2) dealing with it well are the challenge for the majority of humanity.
Where does your fear meter… One person can be afraid in X situation while another completely free of fear. Staying relaxed is the key. On a scale of 1 to 10 some people get frightened very easily and others not so easy. The characteristic traits of people in fear is not very good. Generally speaking, people fare better, perform better when they’re not in fear. How do we raise our ability to be free from fear as situations provoking fear escalate? FAITH? Increased level of coping with a broader range of challenges = increased confidence.
