If man would only cherish his peace, his joy, his love for himself more [as opposed to his self-loathing], so much of the world’s problems which take place at the expense of these infinitely valuable treasures, would dissipate greatly!
Very few people accomplish something without letting somebody know about it. We live in a world of witnesses-Biblical.
Maybe peace and joy are things we throw away rather than things we acquire.
ULTIMATE-JESUS: There are many people in the world who are very likable; They exhibit Jesus-like traits. If Jesus hadn’t tried to change the world he probably would have been liked by everyone -almost everyone. The problem is 2-fold and it started with:
•Trying to change people tell them that their way of living wasn’t wasn’t right. Many people as evidence in today’s world regarding our own personal experiences, do not want to be told what to do let alone how to live.
•People started placing less importance on the powers that be and more importance on Jesus thus threatening the status quo.
What’s the moral of the story? Well if you don’t try to change people’s lives, or come across as judging the way they live; And you are not a threat to the powers that be [by waking peopleup to certain facts other than those the powers that be are comfortablewith]; You’ll probably get along in life just fine
