What do ALL people who have purchased and owned their own home have in common that I lack? LUCK?

Our best bet is to give, and to rely on God to receive, at HIS discretion. Relying on man is always a gamble, and 9 times out of 10 a poor one at that [when it comes to receiving atleast].
