I don’t think the world is very instrumental in helping unhealthy people to get healthy-otherwise why would we ourselves and therapy have to do so much conscious work on our own with slow to minimal results? You go into the counseling session to get built up, to get back on the right track, and then you go out into the world for the next A few days and end up worse off than when you left.
