The courts have been stern [merciless] going after men for decades because of their reckless behavior in the boozh-wah! Taking little or no account of the woman’s irresponsibility. Now too, it appears that women will be forced to take responsibility for their own reckless behavior. Of course in these cases the man will continue to take responsibility for his as well.

In many child support cases the man will argue that he was lied to. But the system is not concerned about moral issues as much as financial ones. If they give into his position the state will have to flip the bill. Since we can’t find Justice in the system if it falls back to moral conduct. If you don’t have sex with a person outside of marriage [with a person you hardly know, if at all] which in this day and age is about 80% of the cases, maybe 90%[?] you will not find yourself in a situation where you are treated unjustly [by the system]. Our troubles are of our own making?

People will often adhere to any excuse they can find to point out an injustice and try and turn it around. In most cases not getting an abortion is not like threatening. But that’s not the story people seeking an abortion will adhere to in their own personal case.
