I remember years ago doing squats in the gym – My squatting would either exceed my cardiovascular or my cardiovascular would exceed my squatting. When my squatting would exceed my cardiovascular, it’s killer, I would go out for a jog during the week and then when I got back into the gym just after that 1 training session, I wouldn’t have the issue any more. My body would respond incredibly fast.
