Which is the problem with drugs, supply or demand? If you get rid of all the drug suppliers you end up with a population filled with people who are forced to deal with their issues otherwise. If you get rid of all the all the drug users, you’re left with a bunch of drug dealers with no way to sell their drugs.. if get rid of both…. Let’s face it though, there’s not enough room in jail, prison or treatment centers to deal with all the people doing drugs illegally. As for the people selling them and manufacturing them….. Probably the same thing. So if that’s not a viable solution what is?
