When you have someone in your employment, charged with your care and safety. When you feel safe, who is in charge? When you feel threatened, who is in charge? Think about it!! 🇺🇸🤔🇺🇸

They’re just words created to represent resent a certain reality as closely as possible-but none the less, they’re just words. You could slap any kind of a word to a reality. Does it really make a difference? I’m sure it does and so far far is what’s happening within us. But in another sense, in other cases, … IT’S THE REALITY…!!!

There is a trick to people working together as a team. One is extremely hard work and practice, the other is natural chemistry, the other is similar experience… In any case, if people who have lived together for decades are not on the same page, then what do you expect from people out on the world the world who have known each other but a little while, who only spent a few hours here and there together? When beings working together and in unison it’s not our greatest strength. Human beings thinking alike is not our greatest strength. As a matter of fact -we take pride in our freedom,, and our ability to act otherwise/to the contrary! “Ohhhh, but ain’t that America!” 🇺🇲

Anytime something goes down among humans human beings come and there’s always something going down -there always seem to be multiple opportunities. And this is where people are generally at their worst!
