Is the term “nigger”* any more defamatory than the word “chink” or the word “cracker” or the word “wapp” or the word “redskin” or the word “spic”? Because I would like to know how it came to be that “one particular word out of all those mentioned above, suddenly “became the talk of the nation”! Can you explain that to me? Why did Black rights become such a topic of grave importance over, Hispanic, Chinese, Indian, Gay, Women’s rights (domestic violence, child-support), bullying of our children, manslaughter victims of DUI…? Why have so many different peoples rights come intermittently or dispersively or skewed or jagged…? That is, if WE are supposedly so concerned about the rights of others (in general)?**

*Is it less defamatory when a Black calls another Black man a “nigger”?

**None of this should have anything to do with public opinion, votes, agendas, vendettas…!!!!

Sidenote: When they were dragging all these people into court who held high positions in society, for using the N word 20 years ago… and then hanging them out to dry.. Using them as examples regarding this country taking seriously…. Did it ever occur to anybody that maybe these people were sorry for the way they behaved 20 years ago – that their attitudes had perhaps changed? It seems to me that there are a lot more agendas flying around in all of this -and far too few well-meaning individuals. Ignorant to say the least anyways. Hell some of the Black folk* who were victimized showed more compassion and forgiveness than the White folk who were out head-hunting (as I recall).

*Some of the gentlest, most respectful, most sincere, humble people I’ve ever met were Black.**

**I’ve seen black men taking orders from white men show more humility*** than white women taking orders from white (or black) men in this country!

***Where does their humility come from -God fearing, disciplinarian up-bringing…?

MINORITY REPORT

Afterthought: They always ask people who claim they’re not racist “Do you have any friends who are minorities?”

A man once remarked: “He’ll I ain’t prejudice -I hate everybody!”

It’s my understanding that a considerable number of actors are below average height – Is there a correlation between extreme success Is there a correlation between above average success and below average height?

In my particular case, I was very confused as a child with regard to the environment, the environments I was exposed too. From about 7 years on through my 10 years, just, I had to learn to develop skills in in both dysfunctional and functional environments. I could not do it consistently or significantly or successfully. My grandmother versus my father, My mother versus the Hurds vs the Tomes (0-7). If you really want to do damage to a child in their formative years -keep them confused!

If you really want to screw over your enemies, Tacoma raise them as children and be the most dysfunctional parent you can possibly be.

I found it interesting that in 9th grade I went away to New Mexico for a year of schooling calm a living with my aunt and my uncle. I grew up a lot during that year I was away-worked out, played football, joined the wrestling team… drank… hung our with my cousin Tony, went out on my first date, even did some speed. When I returned to Van nuys to live with my grandmother, she thought it was gonna be the same routine -harsh discipline with a belt or whatever she could get her hands on. I put a stop to that -took the belt away. She threw me out! My point is this -had I remained living with her, I may not have transition as I did.

It’s when you know the definition of something -but you don’t know the word yesterday attached to it.

It’s when you know the definition of something -but a word hasn’t been created created yet to go along with it.

It’s when you have an issue with a person or a group. And because of this, you take a stand against certain a certain view or position this group has taken. How much and in what areas have ensuing generations taken this tact with their parents and grandparents -previous generations? I asked this question because the newer generations seem to be systematically is systematically undoing every everything the previous generations established. And I don’t think anyone can say definitively that these changes are (all) for the better.

There are good people in the world 🌎 and bad people in the world 🌎 -apparently, this has been the case from the very beginning.

When 2 people come together, when 2 people for example get married, any relationship for that matter…. Their love either grows or it fades – Now which is it?

You know why God doesn’t flinch -where, and when we human-beings so often do -because He always has the last word -HE ALWAYS HAS THE FINAL SAY! 🙏

How is it that God seems to be in no hurry to go after tlaughter those who harm us or those we love?

• He goes on the other side of that coin, are people who also love the person who caused harm – and where in many instances we could care less about that fact -GOD DOES!

•Whether it is 2 people are hurting each other, or one person hurting another -God always suffers twice -not just once like so many of us!

•God always knows where to find the perpetrator when He needs to.

•God always gives each of us an opportunity to repent – You see 🤔, God doesn’t have a double standard! God’s coin 2-sided (like a con-man -thing is, when He flips it, EVERYBODY GITS THE SAME TREATMENT!

I’ve said in the past that even if you have to lie to yourself to make yourself feel better…* Sometimes it turns out not to be a lie. I had a habit of thinking the worst -when thin things went wrong. I guess there was a lot of lion going on there too – Because even though things never quite worked out the way I would have liked them too, they were never quite as bad as I thought they were either.

You know what the differences between an optimist and a pessimist? The optimist fibs to themselves about how good things are -while the pessimist fibs to themselves about how bad things are. 😁😔

*In my particular case I would either get very angry or very down -And I have found that it’s rarely a good thing the thing to let myself go there. What I mean to say is that a harmless fib would have been far, far better than the alternative (which I, and others experienced numerous times (regretfully) 😔

The universe affords us chances, it’s woven into the fabric of things. When, where, how is often a mystery. But it’s up to us to make the most of that chance. If we don’t capitalize on it, it may be a while before that particular one comes back around. And sure, many people make their own luck as they say….. But for now, I’m talking about the universe affording us opportunities.

I’ll give you an example that sparked this particular post. The Tampa Bay Rays are playing the Boston Red Sox. The score is tied 9-9. Bottom of the 9th, the Boston Red Sox at home have 2 men on base and worn out. They blew it. With the top of the 10th coming up I’m thinking to myself – The universe gives us chances but it’s up to us to take advantage of them. I’ve seen this over and over again in professional sports – Down the wire come a team will generally get an opportunity…. If they don’t take advantage of that opportunity, especially against a better team…. They generally lose*. It’s the top of the 10th with Tampa Bay at bat, and they’re up 11 to 9 already. See what I mean – Exactly what s happening is exactly what I figured would happen. The only reason I’m paying attention to the game at all is -Tampa Bay is right on the heels of my Dodgers and Giants.

Sidenote: Any person in this society who who will take you over money -is right up their with mom & pop in my book! People who don’t have much, have the opposite problem of people with money -But if they get someone to love them, at least I know it’s not for the money. If you’ve got a boat load of money, or you are super fine, and you still can’t keep a person -something is very wrong!

*Now if the better team also gets its chances and doesn’t capitalize… then we’re back to square one. So right now, It’s the bottom of the 10th and Bostonis making a you know run and Tampa Bay has already scored an the error -so we’ll see… 🤷‍♂️

Sidenote: As a kid growing up in Los Angeles; one of the 1st philosophical readings I ever came across twer:

“The journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step.” This really stuck with me-got me 🤔

later on:

“If you love something set it free; if it comes back to you it’s yours; if it doesn’t it never was.”

I remember when I was younger, late teens, somebody asked me my thoughts on… and I drew a blank 😏. I don’t know what I thought at the time; at that time I didn’t do much thinking at all -to my recollection. But I know it impacted me! Later on, I began to think 🤔 …not one thought, but how bout two, or three, or four, or even five? 🤷‍♂️

People pay good money because they’re willing to see people do whatever it is they do -It’s kind of insulting to think that your fellow human-being wouldn’t pay a nickel to watch you or me.*

It’s kind of insulting, some of the roles people are hired to play in movies, based on their appearance or some disability or disadvantage.

We use each other all the time -Voluntarily, involuntarily; knowingly, unknowingly… We get really mad when we discover it unknowingly.

We get really mad at people when they tell us the truth -and we get really mad at them when they don’t tell us the truth 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

It’s amazing the things people will do for money that they won’t do for love. It’s also amazing what people will do for love that they won’t do for money.

*What is it the draws people to watch others:

•Is it that they see those others the way they see themselves (identify with);

•Is it that they see in others what they can only hope, or dream of ever seeing in themselves, others… (fantasy fulfilled) -to forget, if only for an hour or two -the bleak, painful, disappointmenting realities of… 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️
