How much would you be willing to pay to see your team or player win the championship if they made it all the way to the final? For that 1 final “W”!

OK here’s what you do – You take that amount of money and you bet against your team/player in the final! If they win you got your wish! If they lose you hit pay dirt -especially if the odds are good!

If you try to imagine for a moment -all the wonderful discoveries men have made which are being kept from us… When a man’s not trying to make a ton of money off of an awesome discovery he’some discovery, hes keeping it all to himself -or Big Brother besides too hot to handle!

It always seems like when my teams are my players are doing well; as soon as I turn on the TV and start watching -they go downhill. It may sound strange, but I’ve witnessed this phenomenon many a times. Unless of course they have a name for this in psychology.

I owe God -He doesn’t owe me; but given that:

1.He is so giving, and I am so needy and/or selfish, and;

2.He, in my mind has so much (everthing), and I have so little (to my way of thinking), and;

3.I want, need so much, and He appears to need/ask for -so very little…

4.”Don’t you see all I’ve done, all I’ve given up, all I’ve suffered, all I’ve been thru… (for you Lord)” 🤷‍♂️😏

IT’S VERY EASY TO START THINKING GOD OWES ME; OR THAT THE DYNAMIC IS, OR SHOULD BE -THIS WAY INSTEAD OF THAT.

Sidenote: 🤔 It never hurts to put a couple of extra slats underneath your bed -If you only have a standard 3 under there.

Anytime you eat healthy; anytime you do not smoke a cigarette -you preserve [prolong doesn’t sound right] a little bit of what God gave you!

Probably more often than not, we should refrain from opportunity on a materialistic level. This is very difficult for people -recognizing, resisting putting material things before spiritual things. And then we wonder why there is so much trouble -and why we ourselves are so often troubled* 🤷‍♂️

*Whenever we put our physical welfare ahead of our spiritual welfare -trouble ensues on various levels. Big and small -man’s problem is that if it’s not too to troublesome, he negates it. It is simply amazing how much attention man gives to minor physical discomforts -and how little attention man gives to major spiritual discomforts. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Some people have no tolerance for any sort of discord in their personal relationships – This probably isn’t any healthier than the other side of the spectrum (although it is probably less trau(dra)matic.

There is perhaps an uneasy balance between people who have money and people who are trying to make money. People venture out all the time with the hopes of increasing theincreasing their income -who end up going under. I kind of figure the bottom line on making money is figuring out what people are willing to pay for and how much? As human beings dealing with other human beings you would think that more of us would be aware of what exactly those 2 factors would be -but alas we are so out of touch WE KNOW NOT* 🤷‍♂️😏🤦‍♀️

*I’ve wondered if this was sheer coincidence or by design?

About a month and a 1/2 ago… Scratch that -about 5 months ago, I got an email from eBay for an offer for 5% eBay bucks. I wouldn’t I went into the email to activate it and it said it said I was not qualified. About a month later I got another email stating that the initial email stating that I was not qualified was in error – The eBay was working on the issue and you and that I could call to inquire inquire if I so choose. I did call, and they informed me that they were aware of the issue and that it was already being worked on. We spent about $1200 in the month of April -so we were licking our chops looking at $60 in eBay bucks -yeehaw 🤠

So they tell me to call back as we near the 1st of July when the eBay bucks will we’ll be given. So I did as advised. I spoke to several agents over the next couple of days it’s. Initially, I was told was that I should be getting the eBay bucks later in the day. Didn’t happen…Call back later that afternoon they said I should be getting them in the morning… I set up a call back with her as well as a gentleman the day before -Scheduled for Saturday. Friday night rolls around and still no eBay bucks. So I get a call in the morning from the young lady stating that it aint that there is no indication of an email which I had mentioned stating any error with the system during that time. No indication of any eBay bucks promotions for the month of April either.

So, for the last couple of days I had been looking up some deals on deals on shark vacuums to replace my old one. I had managed to come up with a great offer which was accepted -and I asked the seller to give me a couple of extra da couple of extra days to make payment while I was waiting on the eBay Bucks. So you can imagine my frustration as well as my disappointment when when the callback I received ended a no eBay bucks whatsoever. She told me there was a promotion for may, but I had no eBay bucks purchases that qualified. So here I am with a clock ticking, I’m stuck with a $245 commitment to a Shark vacuum I probably shouldn’t have extended myself to begin with 😏.

So come Saturday evening I figure it out bet it right better go ahead and make the payment on the purchase purchase since I did commit to it, and since it appeared I had received a final answer after answer after many many phone calls regarding these eBay bucks. I decide to call eBay one last time for some clarification about what I can’t remember-and while I’m dialing the phone I get a call from eBay in the middle of the call back I was waiting for and answering just @ that moment as well.

For whatever odd reason, I want to hidden switch the calls and answered the one coming in secondly. It turned out to be the young man I had arranged the call back with with the day before -and without even thinking I asked “Are you doing the call back on the eBay Bbucks issue?” “Yes I am”.* So I explained the situation over the last couple of months and then the situation with the other agents over the last couple of days. The young man zipped through some emails and said “Oh yeah, I see the email here where they told you there was an error.” He then verified the amount of money spent in the month of April on purchases… and said “Well I can’t give you a coupon for $60 but I can give you one for 50?” And the rest is history. I thanked him so much** -and then I thank God so much!!! I was in complete awe once again!

*I just wanted to make a note that at this time I also had my PayPal check out screen open ready to pay for the vacuum while all this was going on. There might have been an issue with the tax which is why I made the phone call prior to paying for the vacuum. Just seconds away from doing so when the 2nd call came in.

**Just a quick note: We’re often quick to complain -but slow to compliment. I try to keep this little axiom in the forefront of my mind -in matters such as these 🤷‍♂️
