We humans are filled with all sorts of conflicting capacities!*

I don’t know how much of the Bible is true. I only know that whatever parts of it God said -I believe wholeheartedly! IOW “If God said it, it’s Gospel!”

When man speaks -it’s either true or it’s false! When God speaks -whatevet it is (or was(rather)), IT WILL BE(COME)!

Man is an opportunistic creature. However, the increasing trend is to create your own opportunity (and by whatever means possible).

Increasing population coupled with increasing materialism and waste (rather than less), is depleting, and destroying OUR PLANET @ THE SAME TIME!

THE CAREFUL PLACEMENT OF VARIOUS RESOURCES SUCH AS PRECIOUS METALS, WHICH ARE NOW BEING CONSUMED @ AN EVER-INCREASING RATE WILL EVENTUALLY THROW-OFF, OR RATHER OFFSET OUR PLANET!

Tell me they don’t have by now a means of x-raying our planet to find the remaining precious metals of the world?

Sidenote: Do not toil over a missed opportunity – there are always more where that came from. Besides, you seem to be doing just fine having missed out on all the others you know nothing of.

When a person dies they no longer refer to him or her as a person but as a body. Aside from the fact that they have seized to be alive, is it not still the person we know before us? I mean, did something leave them? Did the essence of them leave -say a soul? To me, even people who DO NOT believe in such things are inclined towards said reference which leads me to conclude that innately, WE ALL BELIEVE THERE TO BE SOMETHING THAN 95% water and $2 worth of chemicals comprising our make up!

We only see bits and pieces of life’s tragedies (and life’s beauty) -God on the other hand, sees every single thing!! And in a world that’s only getting worse….* 😪

I’m not sure this is the worst it’s ever been however. I don’t think we’re there yet!

Everything we are God is! Think on that for as long as you need to! Think about the ramifications of that statement! And then think of your previous level of consideration(s) for God to this point.

“Do for God simply out of love not for what’s in it for you!” I noticed some years ago when we were saying a prayer at Thanksgiving or Christmas that are families families would always include in that prayer that God do for us and that God would do for us… This is where the thought above came to mind.

*What I’m trying to say is have some compassion for God! Ask what you can do for Him!

Everyday tens or hundreds of people in this country put their homes up for mortgage so they can help a loved one get decent legal representation. Or they do it for medical bills. The poor give what they have to people riding around in Mercedes Benz and Bentleys… This country is a slot machine or a lotto, or a bank, It’s not a community! A community is something where people work together to get thru life’s struggles – what I mentioned above, and there are many more examples, is people praying on other people! And we justify it by saying what? Everybody else is doing an! Point that’s the rules of the game in this country! That’s life! I went to school for 10 years so that justifies…

Ya know…🤔 I really don’t get out much. Soooo… it begs the question “Where is all this coming from?” I mean, I know where it’s coming from but… any earthly explanation… I own roughly 1000 books of which I’ve read 4 front-to-back (all bios: Sir Sean Connery (1); Charleston Heston (2); The Carpenters (1)(I think); Oh, and a paperback when I was about 12 or 13 “The Bionic Woman” -the remaining 996, I flipped thru the day I bought them and rarely have I ever picked them up since.

And even if we were, we’d still have no right to judge others. Why? Because that right is reserved to God, and God alone!
