They say people learn more effectively when consequences for their actions are when are swift. If that’s the case then why does God so often delay?

I’ve heard it said that if God came down and righted every wrong we would only end up in the same place eventually – Man has to be willing to change. But doesn’t the ceasing of pain and suffering count for something with the people who are in fact being victimized?

People are often too narrow in one sense and too broad and another. To liberal aware they should be more conservative and too conservative where they should be more liberal.

We are what we are when we were. Or however we come out of our developmental year. For some that works well when dealing with the world at large and other people. For others it does not. I’m one of those people who has to consciously address/adjust his conduct and attitude in public if if I am to succeed. Which probably wouldn’t be too difficult to accomplish if I was the kind of guy that was all about gain at the expense of other people through various means. But I’m not that kind of a person either.

There is the power of good versus the power of evil and whichever happens to be more powerful wins. And then there is the power of good versus the power of evil whereby the power of good turns out to be corrupt.

All kinds of people, and therefore people in all sorts of positions have the capacity to be corrupt. Have the opportunity to be corrupt or corrupted.

What percentage of people do you suppose would choose their job, their livelihood over righting an injustice? You see if everybody chose to write and injustice over there job the system couldn’t handle the overload. Unity is the key! Divide and conquer works in all sorts of situations. But so does unity! The reverse! So long as the corrupt are able to keep it down below a certain number, they have the upper hand.

I’m all for helping people, except in cases going against GOD’S laws!

An individual rarely stands a chance against against her system come against the system. Even when a/the system is wrong and the individual is right. This has to change!

A lot of people cannot believe that the money they pay to a system in order to protect ends to serve the people Bo is actually corrupt and exploits is Lloyd’s people. It would be hard enough to believe without the fact that they are taking our money presumably in good faith. It’s hard enough for some people to believe an individual would would take their money and then screw them over. Money that is helping them, and then turning around and screwing them over. Let alone believe that the system itself is doing the same.

Know when to just stop talking. That is when you start spiraling downward in a conversation with someone that is…. that you are dragging down further or the other person is dragging down further.

If you are the same person in a room filled with crazy people you’re probably not gonna fit in. If you are a crazy person in a room filled with sane people you’re probably not going to fit in. If you are the same person in a room filled with same people you’ll probably fit in. If you are a crazy person in a room field with crazy people you’ll probably fit in. I think that just about covers it.

Doing good by one or another is the best thing we got going down on this planet -that is until we start making compromises, deals, exceptions… 🤷‍♂️

One country says homosexuality is indecent and another country says it is not. This country used to believe homosexuality was indecent now the opinions are mixed, tilting in the other direction. 🤷‍♂️

Who are the parents and grandparents of the children who believe homosexuality is acceptable? Who were the parents and grandparents of the children who believed homosexuality was unacceptable? What are their track records? What are their credentials respectively?

It’s common knowledge that people in power wished to keep the mass ignorant, uneducated… What has happened with the dynamic of power that this no longer is at issue? How is it that education is no longer a threat?? How is it that information is no longer a threat to power?? Is the key simply to stay ahead of the pack?

If you look at every kind of insanity humanity can experience, undergo, suffer from; kindness and thoughtfulness with the right intentions does not fall into any of those categories. If you want to stay as far away from insanity as one can possibly get, always strive to be kind and thoughtful with the right intentions.

The more you can look at yourself, the more time you spend looking at yourself rather than thinking of yourself… The more apt you will be to affect the things people who cannot or will not affect due to their unwillingness or inability to turn the light of Judgement or criticism away from the world and shine the light of introspection on themselves.

The end of the movie “The Imitation Game”. And you know what I think about his speech; The United States going around the world lauding democracy. Freedom can be more of an enemy to a man than tyranny.

A person has a close knit relationship with their parent and his parent and they died their crushed. A person is crushed because they don’t have a close knit relationship with their parent and then when they die they’re not so crushed. Is there any way of not being crushed?

It doesn’t matter how nice you are or how bad you are; It doesn’t matter whether you deserve it or don’t deserve it; in order to own a house all you have to do is have money. One of the most important things in life and the thing that matters most is one of the most shallow, one if the most fleeting.

You might be surprised at the number of people out in the world dying inside to act acceptable, and; you might be surprised at the number of people out in the world dying inside who act acceptable. 🤔😔🤷‍♂️

Ever since I’ve been sober I’ve been told not to have expectations of others. But what about when others have expectations of me? I think a lot of people try you out, don’t say much, and if they decide it’s not going to work [you don’t have what they’re looking for] they just split. That’s one way not to have any expectations. So they say we’re all equal. But people decide whether or not were good enough for them. Including me. You see, I’m not sure what not not having expectations of other people look like in so far as having a relationship with them; And I’m not sure how you reject people without actually thinking you deserve better. Yeah I’m aware of the old line “I’m just looking for something different”. Yeah like somebody with a bigger house -who makes me laugh. I’ve asked people a number of times what they look for and a partner and I have yet to hear somebody say it’s not about what they can give me it’s about what I can give them.

In order to get excess you have to give excess. In order to acquire access you have to instill access the need for access and others. Most of the things in this country WE DO not need. In the land of opportunity; for a country to remain the land of opportunity -one must continually create opportunity. And for the most part, the people in this country come American ingenuity, they are not doing it for our welfare or benefit. This is the basis for the majority of things taking place in this country today. A lot of the things being produced range from worthless too harmful at the other end of the spectrum -as we come to find out later on down the road. And by that time the people who have created them are either rich and living on some foreign island, broke, or dead. Man [most] would rather work on becoming rich in this country then working on getting along better with his fellow human beings. It’s been echoed throughout history many times that man has very few real needs. If the things being pushed in this country are of such a necessity then why go to so much trouble to try and get him to bite? As I have said for the last 30 years, maybe 25, as the stock of love goes up the stock of money goes down, as the stock of love goes down the stock of money goes up. Give that some serious thought and you will have found the key 🔑 which unlocks 🔐 the mystery to both man’s problems as well as his solutions!

It’s not so much that people lack intelligence it’s more that they lack [a] good vision.

I was wondering what had a high addiction rate so wait some 8 or 10 years ago and now I see it’s these phones with seemingly limitless numbers of applications-something for everyone. And they even managed to come up with something that they could spy on everyone with as well not just make money off of.

Some people make it easy for others, some make it hard for others. We shouldn’t go all the way one way or the other.

Looking back at when I 1st got sober, there were many wonderful things going on at that time in this country and in the world. Lot of great James bond movies. Or maybe not so great lol. Great music-Bryan Adams “Everything I Do”. “Robin Hood -Prince of Thieves”. At this point in my life, in my sobriety I like to think about what I would have done differently. If I could have left everything from the past behind and lived in the moment and enjoyed the beauty around me, not gravitate to [dwell on] the things in the now that reminded me of the things in my past. People are the same more or less past, present, future… What a wonderful life I could have had all of my sobriety -instead of only now! If you carry around now what was wrong with your life in the past, it will continue to be bad.

Things we likely tend to treat us such. Things we don’t like we tend to treat us such. For the aspiring Christian, when it comes to following following GOD’S commandments, our attitude’s, our very feelings towards our fellow human-beings play a crucial role. If you don’t like people, If you did at some point but no longer do due to some very negative experiences… This will likely impeach your ability to love, to act lovingly. 🤷‍♂️ Welcome to my world 🌎 If you didn’t like one or both of your parents… I think this has a huge impact on our attitude in and towards the world 🌎 Presume more than a few books have been written about the fall out from negative experiences, feelings towards one’s parents.
