Enacting rules and Alcoholics Anonymous is not serving it’s bordering on a mindset of dictatorship. Serving others needs to be 1st and foremost on our minds remind and in our hearts.

Putting our careers before our children-no good!

I see people all around me staring at their phones, staring down at their phones rather than looking up looking up and acknowledging one another. How can we claim to be a society under this guise?

If the backbone of, if the heart and soul of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous it’s anonymous it’s meant to be suggestive only, comma then whatever is being incorporated into the program from the group conscience -CARRIES EVEN LESS WEIGHT – Except of course if it affects AA as a whole.

The cornerstone of spiritual growth is the axiom that life isn’t fair. When we start attempting to make life fair – We are in a sense attacking the very cornerstone of growth that…. We need not be so much concerned with what needs to be changed in the world as what needs to be changed in ourselves.

Jesus struggles more than the rest of us because Jesus Jesus cared more than the rest of us calm not because he was weaker than the rest of us

At the very least calm of the thing we always have in common with one another is that were human beings – Though for some this appears to be a mere formality – Even a nuisance!

What is the primary means by which you make choices-your body, your ego, or your spirit? There are so many people running around in this country who have a partner who is appealing to the eye, approving of by friends and family alike – And yet they are completely selfish, self absorbed, arrogant and carry a sense of entitlement with them.. Are these people really so beautiful?

You can’t force anybody out in the world to do anything and you can’t force anybody in an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting to do anything.

There are some people in the world that have trouble saying “no” -and conmen know this! Just as there are people in the world who have problems saying yes 😆

if you’re resisting someone acting for their own self-interest, it’s one thing; if you’re resisting someone acting for the welfare of others… 🤔

WE Alcoholics want the world to conform to us! Think about it!

Everyone, in their own mind has a legitimate opinion -until it gets challenged!

Things like food disorders are different from drinking and drugging -YOU HAVE TO EAT!

Be careful that the prayers you ask are not without the best interest of all peoples.. A rather trivial example, but none the less… when you pray for your baseball or football team to win… you’re asking God to counter the prayers of others.

What matters is how to fix the individual not how it looks to you or me from the outside. My aunt thought little of her son molesting me calm but thinks the world of food splashing on the inside of a microwave that you’ll have to end up cleaning later. Some people think that losing a is losing a soccer game, or apparent not showing up is not a big deal-hyphen well at the same time it could be devastating to an individual Period

As an individual think about how your decisions are affecting the group. As a group think about how your decisions are your decisions are impacting the individual.

I see movies now that I watched as a boy, and now I’m older than the people in those movies.

Auctions for example rely on…

•Ego

•Neediness

•Emptiness

•Selfishness

I constantly see Auctions online approaching full value (even surpassing it) -whats the point? I want to save 💰

Is the unspoken rule in alcohol to non emissions that the less rules you have the less people you’re apt to offend. And the fewer people you are apt to run out of the rooms. Alcoholism is a serious business and it’s a matter of life-and-death.

I think there are people in this meeting who have good intentions but their issues are are at the forefront of their motivations whether they realize it or not.

Some people will not speak up because it borders on conflict perit’s clicked. And I don’t care if it’s only one person in this meeting that has an issue with a particular rule, is it a rule karma I will take a room full of people putting up with another person’s behavior behavior before I will see 1 person go out and get drunk because of some man made rule. Is operia God put something in place and man tries to fashion it to his own liking. Acceptance is a spiritual principle, putting rulemma putting rules in the governor fellow human being is not. Not an alcoholic anonymous! Suggestions only

Think less of ourselves, and take better care of our selves!

The elder statesman, the monk… they sit quietly by and allow things to unfold… people who are jumping up and down… squirming in their chairs…

People play God all the time!

When my parents died we were arranged from each other. We were never able to form a close bond except perhaps when I was 2 years older younger. I never really knew what it was like to be close enough to somebody somebody to have their heart torn in 2 from their loss laugh like someone who had one who had someone who was actually a part of their life and then gone.

The less of something you have the more you tend to appreciate it. In the most extreme cases of drought or absence of something in one’s life… having touched it for a brief moment, they can experience an appreciation or a love few would ever know.

Imagine winning all the time period for most of us it would get old quickly.

Most people do not know when but when they had sex and conceived their child. But wouldn’t that be a great thing to remember? I mean when it was conceived not necessarily what necessarily what happened on that particular occasion when you conceived.*

* Not all sexual acts are memorable or want to be remembered.

Money buys us a lot of things that distract us from what is truly important. It also allows us to forget about things we should otherwise face and resolve.

Some people are given the gift of psychic abilities come abilities come somewhere given the gift of kneading out truth from the hustle and bustle… and from the garbage-heap of life, some were given the gift of being able to truly love, and some are blessed with the gift of 💰 [Thank You Lord for granting me my request and once again pulling me back by remembering this one -i’m sorry for not writing it down in a timely fashion]. In each instance, what we do with that gift… I think it’s safe to say that everyone has been granted a gift from God – Whether they accept it, whether they use it for its rightful purpose however 🤔 Same thing as far as God talking to us – I’m sure He tries or has tried at some point to talk to each of us. It’s like a penny on the sidewalk; some people never notice it; some people notice it and walk right past; and some people notice it and pick it up.*

I remember finding $3 blowing against the chain link fence in a parking lot near our house in Van Nuys.

I don’t know why, but for many of us building character means going against ourselves!

*What percentage of people will stop and pick up a penny? What percentage will stop and pick up a nickel? What percentage will stop and pick up a dime? A quarter? A half-dollar? A silver-dollar…**

**We used to super glue a quarter to the sidewalk -and watch people pass by and try and pick it up lol

If for example, you have tremendous talent but nobody appreciate it appreciates it or recognizes it…🤷‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank You Lord once again for reminding me -I was lazy and did not write it down several hours earlier when you revealed this to me 😏

If man can see the future by looking at the past then what more is God capable of?

All is permitted but not all is beneficial.

Lord I pray, do not Grant us easy lives -but grant us the strength to endure whatever may come.

If you are on the right side it doesn’t matter what crosses over onto your side to kill, steal, destroy -All that matters is that you do not cross over onto their side!

Among any species, it’s species, among anything in the known universe for that “matter” [PUN INTENDED 😉], cohesion is perhaps the most important factor. Cohesion and coherence. We think that because we have money in the bank, a great job, a powerful army, a pretty girlfriend, and a host of other things that make us feel empowered or special -that we can do without, or we can do with a minimal amount of these things -WRONG!

Sidenote: We could save for example from a social standpoint, in instances where I have a myriad of thoughts going on in my head with regard to a certain situation, my ability to select which of those I should choose to bring into the situation is not very good.* 🤷‍♂️😏

*This was one of those that I naturally procrastinated on writing down from yesterday come on a few moments ago the words “I’m not very good at…” came to mind, but I couldn’t remember the rest of it. So I pleaded with God to remind me -and in this particular instance karma within only a few short minutes it came to me. Thank you Lord** 🙏🏻

**And this one just slipped back into the forefront of my mind after slipping into the back seat of my mind so that the side note above could take its place from yesterday. If the relationship ends beyond are all about relationships then what are the commonalities shared between from one end of the universe to the other? Between the universe, heaven, hell -EVERYTHING?
