Many people take issue with Alcoholics Anonymous due to the people in it. The same can be said of churches all around the world. A person would do well to separate the message, and the principles of the establishment -from the personal beliefs, and opinions the people themselves are operating under, eh!*

*I had to learn this lesson fairly early on in -the perfect beauty and design of God’s gifts to us, and the often times not-so-perfect attitudes and behaviors of both myself, and that of my fellow human beings. My reasoning was simply this -I kept seeing people judging the AA program itself, based upon the actions of many of the sicker individuals, then leaving; in many instances, never to be seen or heard from again!

**You know, a very funny thing happened yesterday -I was writing this up as just another post outside in the parking lot after the noon AA meeting. The screen on my phone was somewhat dimmed in the sunlight and when I opened up the Admin to “add new post” -I accidentally touched the screen somewhere down below, and it opened up what appeared to be a new post window. So I typed in the above post, and then hit publish -but it didn’t appear in the listing of posts on the website. So, I figured I either lost it, it got saved as a draft, or went somewheres’ else 😏 Well apparently, it went right where it was supposed to go -right where God wanted it. Right there in the prompt section of the homepage, below: “Home”; “About the site”; “Background and Purpose”. THERE IS A GOD (from the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous “circa 1989” or sooner 🤷‍♂️)!
