Not all human beings are predators, but most of us, men, women, children too -tend to be seekers, if not hunters!
The dynamic in many a relationship, one tends to be dominant, the other submissive. One assertive, the other passive. One, particular, the other accepting. There is usually one person in a relationship willing to take up the slack (flack)! How else can a relationship remain in tact?
Personally, I prefer not to lead or to follow! As the old saying goes, “Don’t walk behind me I may not lead. Don’t walk ahead of me I may not follow. Walk beside me and be my friend.”*
