The wonderful thing about how God-made us is that for example when we go to the gym and we are out of shape the 1st days of the hardest. But after a while, we can’t seem to work hard enough to get that burn anymore, to get that soreness we once had in the beginning. That’s because our bodies are getting stronger day-by-day.
It’s better to go to the gym 10 minutes a day, every day -then to go to the gym for 3 hours a day -for a week 🤷♂️
