About 2 or 3 weeks ago I was in the mood for watching one of my favorite movies “Walking Tall”. Parts 2 and 3 were on YouTube but on YouTube but part one was not. So ended up watching a television version (😏) of it with Bryan Dennehy of Rambo fame. Well guess what -a couple 2-3 days ago, guess what I find in a box of dvd’s someone just brought into our local downtown bookstore -“Walking Tall part 1”. Watching it right now! And after this I’m gon put on Part 2! Thank ya Lord! 🙏

Can somebody really go out and commit the same crime, after being can wrongly convicted the first time and not be found guilty or tried again?

Ignorance of the law’s no excuse! Do you really expect someone to know all the laws of this country? By the way, for I understand that this country has more laws than any 2 countries in the world combined.

You have ever seen some of these contracts these companies are coming up with nowadays? Do they really expect you to read thru all that paperwork?

Do they honestly expect you under certain circumstances to Trust in the law for Justice? I mean if somebody rapes your 6 month old baby and the law determines there’s no adequate proof to prosecute the perpetrator? With those running the law be able to abide by their own request of the general public -across the board?

America is one of the most diversified nations in the world – Is it therefore realistic to expect every human being to be held to the same standard? Or do we expect a certain number of people to break the laws of the land and keep lawyers and judges and law enforcement in the good graces… employed!!! And what do we do to keep doctors in the good graces -so many illnesses, and so few cures! People mortgaging their homes to get proper medical care.. People mortgaging their homes to get proper legal representation. Mortgaging their homes so they can give some ungodly amount of money to somebody who already owns a yacht and a Ferrari 🤷‍♂️

Lots of people think people are all the same. The people who criticize people who are on welfare… The so called go getters in the world think everybody else is built the same way -or should be! We’re not all the same! Where some are weak others are strong and where others are strong some are weak! That goes for over-achievers!

The law is to be considered impartial. If your son is on trial for murder and you’re a judge are you going to remain impartial? We should treat every human being in the same fashion are innermost being demands demands we treat those we love.

The way you treat the person you love most in life is the way you should treat every human being you encounter!

If someone gives you good advice and you find out they’re not taking it themselves does that mean you’re not gonna take it as well?

If someone gives you the winning lottery numbers but doesn’t buy a lottery ticket themselves does that mean you’re not gonna purchase a ticket with those winning numbers?

Principles before personalities -now what exactly does that mean? Well, I’ll give it a shot. Your worst enemy in the whole wide world has secured your son’s cancer -What are you gonna do?

If your children were sick would you spend an hour A-day take a note so you could figure out the best possible approach to their survival and recovery? Then why aren’t you doing that for yourselves? Mark this is what I used to tell people up to the recovery unit who would just sit in the room and liyeah scream and listen or stare at the walls or or moan or sigh…I would tell them, aren’t you at least as important as your children?

What is the truth? What is the value of the truth? Your son or daughter is dying and a man approaches you and tells you to go to your backyard and take 3 paces to the rear, 5 paces to the left, and not another 4 paces to the rear and and dig a hole 3′ deep and you’ll find the cure. You follow the advice and there’s nothing at there’s nothing at the bottom of that hole. Another man approaches you and says Go to your backyard and take 7 steps to the rear, 4 steps to your write, and another 12 steps to the rear and then dig a hole 6′ deep. You follow his advice and find a little Violet the bottom – You give it to your child and within a few days he or she recovers. That’s the difference between a truth and a lie!

There’s plenty to criticize in the world -it’s wrought through with error! Just don’t be surprised when your met up with resistance!

Who’s running this country the government or the American people? Try showing the US government who’s in charge and see what the response is! The government is a life, an entity all its own which will protect itself to survive like any other organism.

The harder you push people the more mistakes they’ll make -there’s bound to be a lawsuit in there somewhere!

While I was out walking Daisy earlier this evening a very lucid thought came to mind. Given my history with cohabitation… this was particularly profound. I’ve spent the last 4 days with Daisy, and something hit me a little while ago like a ton of bricks -she’s a creature with her own personality and needs. Let her be who she is and treat her with the respect and consideration ALL GOD’S CREATURES DESERVE! IF AN ANIMAL DESERVES THIS -THEN WHAT MORE WITH REGARD TO OUR FELLOW MAN/WOMAN?

It’s been a long day -not sure how many entries I got in today -I know I took Daisy out in the hot sun for at least 4 walks, and I’m bushed! Night all -hope your day was a good one as well. ☺

If anyone thinks cell phones are godsend like alcohol… you’ve got it all wrong! I was out walking Daisy and a woman drove by in her SUV, it was evening, and she had her cell phone flashing in her face while she was driving down the road looking down between her legs. The only reason the government hasn’t put a stop to them is because they’re getting something out of it more than the rest of us. People everywhere driving with their cell phones between their legs looking down at them? Some of these new cars won’t start/drive without the cellphone being turned off.

People think they’re getting adequate stimulation staring in some stupid piece of plastic. All that’s gonna do is increase the hole in you which is gonna make you want to spend more. Yeah spend more. All that’s gonna do is allow you to drift further and further away from your true needs -fellowship and brotherly love.

If your bored, walk down to the local homeless shelter and do some volunteer work -it’ll do a lot more good than staring at your fricken phone. But I suppose we’re way past that point (of no return) 🤷‍♂️

I always said I would love the day when we all take our cell phones and throw them in the trash and and all those trillions of dollars spent on that place in Utah where they’re recording everything would be a total waste.

Whenever we change the definition of heroes, or traitors, in such cases as with Obama, and the Snowden case, We run the risk of turning traitors from the past -into heroes; and heroes from the past ‐into traitors.

It was my understanding that president Obama ran ran a ticket where people reporting misconduct in the government was welcomed! Of course, after he got into office -his tune changed drastically.

We throw decent people into prison and they turn criminal!

Decent people run for public office and either turn crooked (go with the grain) or get ran out!

Stop baiting the elections with cheese -and you’ll stop catching rats!

What do multi millionaires know about the common people?

The people in power don’t want to talk to you -and the people that are not in power are the ones we end up (having to) talking to. It’s all a fricken SCAM!!!! A WARSH!!!!

With regard to these writings, I learned a long time ago that if I think I forgot something -I probably did.

I noticed when I read The Bible through for the very 1st time:

•Similarities between the laws and practices in American society

•Names (Mary, Joseph…) from our nation and that of others -present as well

•I noticed in the seventies, after the series roots came out – That people were veering away from Christian names towards more cultural, more ethnic names.

•My Grammy would say “eh” and so it is in the Bible -certainly in “The Poem of the Man-God”
