ALMOST PARADISE

This may have been redundant but it’s too important to risk passing up -If there was no Adam-and-Eve, no Garden of Eden, then answer me this… If most of us have never experienced paradise… why are we so in love with it? Why do so many of the most capable of our species spend our lives working towards it?

They say that as you grow older time passes more quickly – The more years you live the smaller the fraction of one year in comparison to the lifespan.

A wise man once said “if you want to know the future look at the past”

Another wise man said “If you want something you’ve never had before you’ve got to do something you’ve never done before”

I read somewhere that man’s brain has the capacity of about a 1000 years of memory – which would coincide with the biblical… Of Methuselah and Noah… πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈ

The more muscle groups you stimulate to growth, major and minor… The greater your gains will be. The more stable that part of the body will be.

If you concentrate on one muscle group only-that is if you are struggling with multiple muscle groups… You can then use the strength of that 1 muscle group as a platform for all the others. However you may risk injuring the weaker muscle groups in the process.
