The boy in me very much wants to be loved by others; The adult in me says “keep people away, stay away from them”. Or is it the other way around? I wonder if when something occurs early in childhood, if it is the child who is traumatized, whereas if something happens in adulthood, it is the adult who is traumatized? And what if trauma occurs in both stages? In any event, this has been a predicament I’ve struggled with all my life. And why not, after all, ever since the trauma in my early childhood occurred, shades of that very same selfishness, cruelty, aloofness, arrogance, ignorance so inherent, or embedded [in this country atleast, but clearly not limited to it] in humanity, appears to ripple onwardly throughout one’s [my] own life experience. Is I’ve said before, the people who grew up with aren’t that different from the people who surround me throughout my life? The only thing really that has changed is me – I’m bigger, I’m stronger, I’m faster, and fortunately, with regard to those who lust for little children, I’m no longer a little child. And fortunately, with regard to those who have no qualms about hitting little children [terrorizing and abuse by adults, and bullying by peers], I’m no longer a little child.
If I hadn’t previously stated it, animals by nature instinctively avoid man. If not by their own personal experiences in the past!
There is a percentage that exists between now and never? And there is a mean or an average. For example what are the chances of something occurring now now? What are the chances of something happening never? Everything has a mean average also. For example, someone studying law someone studying law at a University, what are the chances of them completing their studies in a particular time frame? Well that depends on if we’re talking from the start. It depends on if they’re 24 hours away from graduation? It depends on if there halfway through their studies? It depends on future events is vent speeding up or slowing down or slowing down or completely negating aiding the chances of success or completion. But assuming they are enrolling today:
NOW?
6 MONTHS?
1 YEAR?
3 YEARS?
4 YEARS?
5 YEARS?
10 YEARS?
100 YEARS?
NEVER?
Each of these time frames has a percentage of likeliness or or even actuality, eventuality, once the event goes to completion.
But let’s take God for example calm the ultimate example exemplification of the time frame. My aunt once told me God only has 3 answers, yes, no, later. So what are the chances God will… See time frames listed above. I think most of us will agree most of the time God does not answer our prayers now. Many people will attest S, based upon their own personal experience, that often times the answer is never. And for still many of us, the answer often comes at somewhere in the middle. But again, there is a mean attached to each timeframe. And in many instances, that time frame can be linked to a particular request or prayer. But just a few heads up before I leave this topic:*
•Humans want everything now rather than later in most instances, which does not coincide with GOD’S perfect plan;
•Patience is a virtue and God is continually trying to teach us and mold us;
•God always operates with perfect timing; whereas human beings want things now, our best interests to be damned!
•Sometimes we get cocky, and God feels the need to put us in our place; so HE will make make us wait “patiently” [painfully].
•He will never give us something that will hurt us -much as much as we pray for it;
•And GOD and HIS infinite mercy and goodness, just gave this one back to me, which had been removed moments earlier from my forethought Thank you LORD 🙏🏻-God will seldom if ever give us something to drive a wedge between HIM and ourselves, although HE may allow certain things [always with the intention of molding further into HIS LIKENESS 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏻♀️]. Whether we choose to place them of greater importance over HIM is our own personal choice to make..
- I some times get cocky and God feels the need to settle me down by me down by whisking away no way certain thoughts granted to me. This appears to be one of those times.
