If you can garner the attention of large numbers of people you can become a millionaire; do it on a widespread and ongoing basis you can become a billionaire. But you can also gain the attention of people you don’t want to gain the attention of in the attention of through this power. Since most of us are neither rich nor nothing more than a blip on the screen with the powers that be, I guess that translates to most of us not really having much power to Garner the attention of mankind around us.
