IN THE AGE OF ADALINE

In the age of online shopping and servicing… I noticed that many companies have employees who are ill prepared to address the situations encountered by the general public. And yet they expect 100% payment every time. This is ridiculous. There doesn’t seem to be a clear line drawn in the sand with regard to what the general public can expect from a company. There doesn’t seem to be a clear line drawn in the sand with regard to what the general public can expect from a company. But there seems to be a very clear line drawn in the sand with regard to what a company can expect from the general public. 🤔 Now how is this so? If a company cannot provide 100% service -then why are they entitled to 100% payment? As the song goes “They got it made for the winners in the world”.
