There are things that man despises, that man is disgusted by -that God embraces; And there are things that God despises, that God is disgusted by -that man embraces 🙆

As a young boy I wouldn’t consider myself exactly mischievous nor exactly maladjusted. I’m not exactly sure what I was 🤔

I showed no indication of higher intelligence in school as a child as far as I know -was never asked to participate in any special programs (cept detention 🤠) I just don’t know 🙆‍♂️

I remember times early in sobriety where I felt like my whole world had it’s a world that falling apart -and I would (have to) reset mentally and emotionally -go back to the basics. After a couple weeks… start to come out of it. Except it seems different with Ana 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Years ago I tried to come up with… for every letter of the alphabet -a spiritual principle? A story maybe? I don’t remember -shades of it come to me just now after 25 years 🤷‍♂️

Something to represent each vowel A-E-I-O-U and sometimes Y 😁

I remember being givien a test many years ago where they asked me to come up with an animal is animal for every letter of the alphabet

I was watching a baseball game some years back and they had so much information now on the TV screen you could make out what-from-what… how much is enough? Pretty soon they’re going to be telling us who won the game before it even started 😄

All my energy through the years has been zapped thru years and years of (stinkin’) 🤔. I used to think it was because I had Hep-C that I felt so tired all the time. I used to think I had some brain injury because of my inability to concentrate on anything outside of myself -which may still in fact be true.

The openness of my mind… Timothy Leary -and the like, would say that LSD would open you up -Bill W. too. When I was younger I’d hear stories from people about hallucinations on LSD…. I couldn’t fathom it. GIGGLES… We have a new battalion commander at Fort Bragg who was threatening piss-tests for marijuana 😀 So people switch to LSD! I must confess, I tried at several times. I think the only hallucination I ever saw was a cockroach cockroach crawling out of my pocket and and jumping on to the grass in front of somebody’s house 🤷‍♂️

But the real Nillie-Willie was the the time at the Rio Grande -at a Friday or Saturday night Keg-party (or was it a Wednesday 🤔), I got my 69 Camaro stuck on the edge of the river and the sky was trying to help me pull it out -cross-eyed-mother 🥴 I shouldn’t knowed it was a bad idea taking anything from him lol. Anyways, I’m trying to get the car unstuck I ended up flooding it so he had me pop the hood and proceeded to help me get it started. In the process he handed me a handful of what I later discovered discovered was Jimson seeds. I went on a hallucination for about 2 and a 1/2 days at the local county sheriff’s… Anyways, my point is that I wonder how much how much of this sort of thing has had an impait’s had an impact on these writings that come to me – Like some sort of a lifetime vision quest?

I spent so much of the last 30 plus years thinking about relationships I’ve had, relationships I’m in, relationships in the future…. not giving any real thought anything else. I’ve got a lot of time on my hands now to think about other things 🤔

Why don’t you pretend as if you have a bunch of money even though you don’t – And just get out there do life as if you did! With money it’s never just about the money – It’s a confidence, it’s an aura… Not everything people with money do -has to do with money. 🤷‍♂️ So why don’t you get out there and slice yourself a piece of that pie!

In a society such as ours we begin to believe there’s nothing to do unless you have money -there are a million things to do out there without money -you just have to discover them and appreciate.

On the flip side of that coin, go some places in the city I’m just hanging out without spending any money and see how welcome you are -you see, other people in the world 🤔 think otherwise. They don’t want you hanging around unless you’re spending money -there are people in the world whose existence continue continually revolves around making money. Whata wayta live

You know, when it comes to such things as infidelity…. In a lot of cases the only difference between a woman and a man… Is that the woman will tend hold out a little longer; the woman will tend to give in at a little higher standard of man.

I can say the above with relative certainty certainty now that The Times have changed-now that men and women seem to be a little bit more on an equal plane field with regard to “sex”.

One thing I will never understand though: For years women have chastised men for their loose behavior with with regard to open-sex… Then what do women come along and do in the eighties, nineties, two-thousands, 2010s… They start acting exactly the same way 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

I’ve been saying for years we need to be able to put in a phrase so that Google can pull up the word that represents that phrase.

You want to see the basic nature of a typical modern day human-being where I live? Lend them money this week and and tell them to pay back to you next week-and see what happens. Then borrow money from them next week and tell them you’re going to pay it back the following week (but stall paying). In most cases you’ll have to go looking for them to collect. And in every case they’ll come looking for you to collect. My brother lent his neighbor a ladder one day and had to go looking for the week later. 🤷‍♂️ Human-nature

When you desire something -does it have a tendency to come to you? When you desire something, and then go out looking for it -do you have a tendency to find it rather quickly? I do. And if I don’t seize the opportunity it may be months or years or never before I see that opportunity again.

I’ll just bet you anything that if you channel your desires your desires kind thoughts, prayers, selfless requests on behalf of others -those desires too will be met; and rather quickly 🙏
